90-DAY WEIGHT LOSS BOOT CAMP:

 

2-times per week for 12-weeks, 10 participant limit.  The 90-Day Weight Loss Boot Camp mixes signature Navitas Fitness Boot Camp programs with the Thin & Healthy Weight Loss program.  This program brings the best of both worlds inot one fun and rewarding program.  One of the underlying components of the weight loss boot camp is creating a spirit of teamwork and group support and cohesion, while assisting individuals to meet their individual goals. 

 

A boot camp is an excellent way to burn more calories and build endurance quickly. The training programs involves alternating cardiovascular exercise with recovery periods of resistance training. This method of training is more effective at inducing fat loss than simply training at a moderate intensity level for the same duration. This program will include all the signature Boot Camp specialities of trainer Michael Wilk.  Including, but not limited to, cardio intervals, plyometrics, TRX Suspension Training, kettlebell, and sandbag training.

 

Thin & Healthy is a phased weight loss program designed to increase the metabolism and facilitate the weight loss process.  The combined effect of the phased plan, accountability and increase of lean muscle will shed an approximate 10 to 30 pounds over the 90-day program.

TRX...TOTAL BODY CHALLENGE:

 

4-weeks, 8-participant limit.  The TRX...Total Body Challenge program will consist of a combination of total body strength conditioning and flexibility conditioning utilizing the TRX Suspension Training System with a progressive increase in intensity. 

 

TRX is an optimal form of total body training.  The body is an interconnected chain of muscles.  Striving for isolation is beyond pointless--it's a total waste of time.  Use training movements that challenge the entire body in every plane of motion.  Every movement we perform as humans is a whole-body movement.  Make your body your machine with TRX Suspension Training.

TRX...SENIOR STRENGTH & STRETCH: 

 

3-weeks, 8-participant limit.  The TRX...Senior Power Strength & Stretch is specifically designed for the adult 60 and older. The TRX...Senior Strength & Stretch will incorporate the TRX Suspension Trainer for a safe, effective cardio and resistance training experience. 

 

This program is available to all fitness levels, but please check with your physician before you begin any new fitness program.
