As the summer comes to a close, there is still time to take advantage of several of our great summer membership options.  These are a great way to get a jump start on your fall and winter training programs.  Check out our membership specials!

In Boot Camps...

Looking for something truly cutting edge?  Try one of our boot camps! Choose from kettlebell, TRX, sandbag, and traditional boot camp programs.  The clock is ticking on enrollment.  Stop by the club today to enroll in the program that is right for you this August. 

And for the 1st time ever…we are offering the Navitas 90-day Weight Loss Boot Camp Program.  Enrollment begins in August for a September launch.  Watch for enrollment information in the club, and be prepared to loss 10-30 lbs this fall.

In Thin & Healthy’s Total Solution...

Thin and Healthy is NOW online!  Look on our website under weight loss and simply click on the link to begin your on-line weight loss program from the comfort of your own home.  The on-line weight loss program will be available to both members and non-members of Navitas Health & Fitness.  Coaching will remain available to individuals interested in additional support and accountability. 

Coaching hours as of August 1st, 2010:

Tuesday 5:30pm -7:30pm

Thursday 5:30pm -7:30pm

Saturday 7:30am-9:30am

All other timeframes are available by appointment!

In Kids Clubhouse…  

Get ready for back to school activities in the clubhouse!  There will be lots of arts & crafts to do, along with backyard games to close out the summer.

Please Note: Our next 10 week group fitness cycle begins on August 2, 2010.  There are just a couple of adjustments to the schedule for this cycle so be sure to check it or look on line this week as you get ready for class!  We welcome the return of Ania on Wednesdays and Sundays, and will be keeping Thomas on Saturday mornings for Yoga.  Bodypump moves a half hour later on Friday mornings.  Finally, we will be adding an additional Turbokick class on Wednesday nights at 5:30 PM.
